On-Deck Batters - [12Under] - no on-deck batters, no player with a bat other than batter
Warming up Pitcher - Regulation XIV (f) - Managers and coaches shall not warm up pitchers. [At any time]
Catchers and Umpires - must wear a dangling throat protector
Process
2 days before game - contact the coach to verify location & time AND reach out to your PARTNER to confirm location for parking, shirt color, etc.
Rain - reach out to the coach and confirm field conditions - keep lines of communication open.
