Balks - Feint to Third is Legal
On-Deck Batters - [12Under] - no on-deck batters, no player with a bat other than batter
Warming up Pitcher - Regulation XIV (f) - Managers and coaches can warm up pitchers during the regular season.
TOURNAMENT - Managers and coaches CAN NOT warm up pitchers (game or bullpen)
Catchers:
- MUST WEAR a dangling throat protector
- MUST WEAR a mask during infield/outfield
- MUST WEAR a mask when warming up pitcher in game or bullpen
Process
2 days before game - contact the coach to verify location & time AND reach out to your PARTNER to confirm location for parking, shirt color, etc.
Rain - reach out to the coach and confirm field conditions - keep lines of communication open.
